Hydrosys heeft met succes 4 sets commissioning & service panels en 3 sets booster skids geleverd aan een klant in de EU. Het project demonstreerde het sterke projectuitvoeringsvermogen van Hydrosys, de snelle reactie-efficiëntie en de flexibele productiecoördinatie onder urgente leveringsvereisten.

Projectachtergrond

De oorspronkelijke productieplanning voor het project was ongeveer 3,5 maanden. Tijdens de uitvoering van het project verzocht de klant echter dringend om de leveringstermijn met een maand te vervroegen.

Als reactie op de dringende vereisten van de klant activeerde Hydrosys onmiddellijk een intern coördinatiemechanisme. Meerdere afdelingen, waaronder R&D, productie en supply chain management, werkten nauw samen om de doorlooptijden in elke fase van het project aanzienlijk te verkorten.

Door continue optimalisatie van de productieplanning, versnelde toewijzing van middelen en efficiënte cross-department samenwerking, slaagde het Hydrosys-team erin de totale leveringscyclus te verkorten en de verzending 1,5 maand vóór de herziene planning te voltooien.

De klant erkende de efficiënte leveringsprestaties van Hydrosys in hoge mate en sprak grote tevredenheid uit over het projectresultaat.
