This is a complete hydrogen refueling station (HRS) designed for direct vehicle fueling. The process flow is as follows:
Hydrogen is supplied either from a Tube Trailer via an Unloading Panel or produced on-site by an Electrolyzer. The low-pressure hydrogen is first stabilized in a Buffer Tank, then compressed to high pressure by a Hydrogen Compressor (supported by a Chiller for cooling). The high-pressure hydrogen passes through a Sequence Valve Panel for pressure-stage management and is stored in a Storage Tank. Finally, the hydrogen is dispensed to fuel cell vehicles through Dispensers. A Nitrogen Panel is included for system purging and safety operations.
This is a hydrogen filling station designed for tube trailer loading and bulk hydrogen transfer. The process flow is as follows:
Hydrogen is produced by an Electrolyzer (or supplied from a Tube Trailer) and stored in a Buffer Tank. It is then compressed to medium/high pressure by a Hydrogen Compressor (with a Chiller for temperature control). The compressed hydrogen is loaded into tube trailers through a Loading Panel. A Nitrogen Panel is provided for purging and safety. Unlike a refueling station, this configuration has no dispenser for vehicle fueling and no high-pressure storage tank; its primary function is to fill and transfer hydrogen into tube trailers for distribution.
This is a mobile hydrogen station with a minimal footprint and streamlined design. The process flow is as follows:
Low-pressure hydrogen produced by an Electrolyzer is temporarily stored in a Buffer Tank, then compressed by a Hydrogen Compressor equipped with a direct nozzle (eliminating the need for a separate dispenser unit). A Chiller provides cooling for the compression process, and a Nitrogen Panel handles purging. This simplified configuration omits the high-pressure storage tank and sequence valve panel, making it ideal for small-scale, temporary, or low-throughput hydrogen fueling applications where space and infrastructure are limited.
